Liked Excellent reception by staff when I arrived, taken directly to pitch which is extremely helpful if you are unfamiliar. Very pleasant site by river Avon. Staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. Perfect for easy access to Town

Disliked The service block seemed dated. The toilets and showers were past their best and there was a dreadful odour in Gents that seemed constant throughout my stay.
