Unpowered grass tent site
Liked If you like a good basic campsite, this is your place. 3 compost loos and a 'fairy' shower - outdoors, cold water under a beautiful willow tree.
The owners Charlie and Peter could not have been more helpful during our stay, checking in with us after we experienced horrible weather.
Tents are along one side of the field with a view of the horses. Amazing bird life around too.
Easy to get to and the bus stops are just outside the campsite, beaches are easily accessible too.
We will be back!
Disliked Nothing apart from some of the weather we experienced!

From the manager: So pleased that you liked the simple nature of the campsite and could enjoy it despite the less than clement weather. The bird life is incredible as well as the bats at night-time and the odd hedgehog. very much look forward to seeing you both again next year

Upper Meadow unpowered grass tent site
Liked Callum who was on reception was amazing - really helpful and just generally lovely! The reception/shop was well stocked with practical items and also the important treats, all at good fair prices.
The actual camping field is car free which is lovely and safe for the children.
The toilet/shower block was really great - big cubicles, 2 x family rooms and loads of hot water.
Pretty setting.
Great location for the Broads, activities and for Norwich city centre.
Disliked The ground was quite stony so was sometimes hard to get the tent pegs in - needed to move the pegs around a few times.
Nothing else to dislike about the actual site!
