Liked Everything. The communication once booked was fantastic with all the information needed to enjoy our stay (arrival/departure times, access codes,WIFI codes etc) Pitch was lovely, fully serviced and level. Toilet and shower block were very clean. The woodland and lake walk was very tranquil. This is our second stay here and we will be back again. Well located for visiting Wentworth Golf Championship which is what we were doing.

Liked Nice quiet, secure site a short drive/taxi ride from York city center. Reasonably priced with clean shower/toilet block and all the normal washing up/Elsan services. No shop, but that wasn't a problem for us. Would definitely use again.

Liked Site very secluded in an idylic location on the edge of a stream full of small trout. Pub attached to site serving very good food, the best steaks we have ever eaten (Rib eye and rump) Ate there 2 night and 2 lunch times, make sure you book in the evening. Staff very friendly and did not rush you at all. Popular with locals who come from miles around to eat. Good selection of real ales, ciders and lagers. Local walks are good to work up an appetitie, visited Hay on Wye for the book festival, pretty village with lots of shops to wander around. Will definately be returning.

Disliked No TV signal or phone signal. (Not sure if i should put this in the like section as not being bothered by technology was a good thing but we were waiting for an important call so we had to drive about 5 miles to get a signal)
