Liked Idyllic setting with trees, stream and sheep. Generous size pitches complete with fire pits. A Very quiet retreat.

Liked Space, bird song, peace. A quiet remote place catering for most of your needs. Lovely walks around.

Disliked Not a dislike from me!! But there was a very large and noisy gathering of DOEA students. Quiet Once settled. Gone with the larks in the early morning.

Liked Couldn't get to it !!!!! Coming from Ambleside the road in to it is not suitable for campers, any thing towed or wide vehicles. its to steep and narrow. Tried to drive around to access from somewhere else but just kept getting back to the same point. Even the locals said they only do the route in a small car!! Didn't read anything about that on their website. Had to give up in the end.
