Liked Friendly receptionist who was professional and efficient.

Disliked No water due to burst water mains in area. Staff did their best to provide some form of washing facilities. What let the site down massively was staff at the restaurant tent closed early unannounced leaving everyone isolated with nothing to drink and no local shops

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the sudden main water pipe burst in the area. Regarding the closure of the restaurant tent, we would like to clarify that without running water, it was legally and hygienically impossible to keep food and beverage services running. However, to ensure our guests were taken care of, we immediately provided hundreds of bottles of drinking water at the reception, available to everyone completely free of charge.
