Liked Peaceful spot, a nice welcome and no problems for a motorcyclist with a tent. The shower and loo shed was clean and comfortable.

Liked Beautiful location, and I definitely liked the swimming pool! Also good was the ability to use the site’s washing machines - with soap provided - for only €4 per load.

Disliked I visited for a couple of days in August, and the bugs were out. Wifi wasn’t great for me.

Liked The vineyards, the peace and quiet, the stunning views and of course the wine tasting.

Disliked The loo wasn't liked to a water mains - nonetheless it was clean and I knew in advance that it would be like that, so it wasn't a problem for me, though it might be for some.

Liked Beautiful countryside location, ease of check-in and no fuss generally. A couple of pints of Yeo Valley bitter in the evening did nothing to diminish my experience!

Disliked Not a criticism of the venue, but I made an amateur mistake in parking under a tree in June: enjoyed a nice half an hour in the morning cleaning the car!

Liked Cleanliness of shower room, friendly welcome and beautiful surroundings. The location worked well for me as a base for a tour of as many RAF heritage airfields as I could manage in four days on a motorbike. I hadn't spotted in advance that a fridge is available for tent campers and although I was ready for a stay without, it was definitely a welcome convenience. For me, the local church bells added to the experience.

Disliked No complaints at all, only an observation that the wifi was patchy, for me at least.
