Liked 25 mins flat cycling into the historic city centre. Clean facilities. Access to the hotel amenities.

Disliked Stayed late September and the campsite shop and bar were closed for the season. Compensated to a degree through access to the hotel’s amenities and a very good supermarket 5 minutes cycling in the direction of the city.

Liked Small site (6 pitches) with very adequate facilities. Friendly and helpful hosts who are in the process of developing this site in conjunction with their B&B offer. Very pleasant and convivial stay.

Disliked The site is fairly remote (although just off a main road) in that shops etc are not within easy walking/cycling range. Not a big issue if one is happy to drive however.

Liked Proximity to delightful village that has a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. Not crowded. Relaxed. Modern toilets and showers exceptionally clean.
