Liked A lovely site, very well managed, in a great location. Everything worked as it should, despite bad weather, and really liked the butlers’ sinks and wooden draining boards in the wash-up! Also liked the friendly and clear signs - good info and not too bossy

Disliked 10am exit was quite a challenge (which we didn’t meet, so we were grateful not to be told off whilst packing up in the rain!)

From the manager: Thanks for the great review. FYI, check out is 10.30 am but I get your point in the rain. We also offer a late checkout of 12am for just £5 per pitch, allowing a small window to the next check-in being 12.30. Or even a later checkout of 6 pm where available at just £10 per pitch. I know this has been a great help to many this year.

Liked Beautiful, unspoilt, well-maintained site with the warmest of welcomes and stunning views. Lots to do and explore all around and a pub within seconds' walk. What's not to like?
