Liked Plenty of space, showers hot and unlimited, toilets clean, nice views, well maintained. 10 mins (steep) walk to great beach and food options.

Disliked Fields very sloping. Need levelling blocks if in campervan or caravan. Limited flatter places for tents.

Liked Lovely, quiet spot but close to main access routes to the coast. Freedom to choose where you pitch, lots of space, very well kept clean site. Showers were closed but toilets and washing up area nice and clean. Very friendly owners, who I can imagine would be willing to help you out however they could. WiFi was a bonus!

Disliked This was nothing like we expected from the description...it's a bigged up farm with a rectangular field to pitch on! Plenty of room this weekend as only a few pitches taken, but be rather cramped if full. Basically it's a grass field between farm buildings and debris and a ploughed field. There is anothet grass field behind that we walked dogs on, but not sure if official or not! A third of the field was pegged off with canes for some rough & ready grass repairs, two "park lodge homes" await owners for the over 50's village...description is more an owners hope of what will happen in the future. There is a toilet & shower block, showers are free...but only 2 for the whole site! And only 2 female loos, one out of order for the whole weekend, the other uncleaned with mounting up loo roll middles and overflowing bin. There is one tiny cloakroom basin if you want a wash or to clean your teeth...it's that or the washing up sink! Gents apparently was the same, 1 cubicle, 1 urinal and a tiny basin. There is a washing up area, fridge & washing machine, and pool table...this is free, but 2 balls are missing. Pricing is out of date too, as tents are £15 like caravans and although it claims to be adults only, a notice states kids should be supervised - i'm not against this, as we have 3 & went without them...i'd have been more disappointed to turn up expecting peace to see excited children charging around!

I understand your frustration with the caned off area and the out of order ladies loo but for health and safety reasons this was unavoidable over the holiday period I will however point out that we did have 3 showers and 2 ladies loos available for usage over the Easter period This site is "Adults Only" we do not knowingly accept any bookings that include children
