What customers say
Great for families, this lakeside spot boasts spotless facilities, powerful showers & helpful staff. Kids have loads to do, SUPs available. Mostly peaceful but note train noise & close pitches. Extra costs for showers/parking.

Power optional grass and earth motorhome site
Liked We arrived here after a long day’s driving from Florence to a friendly and warm welcome. We paid our holiday balance in addition to 90 cents each for a few shower tokens to the lovely lady on reception, who could not have been more helpful. After this we were shown to our plots, which we located directly adjacent to the main car parking area, which slightly made this feel as if we were camping in a car park. Our pitches were squeezed between this car park and the adjacent tennis/paddle courts, which meant that we had to listen to fair bit of grunting and shouting from the players during the evening. All went quiet at 11pm though and a restful nights sleep was had by all on both nights. It seems that on this site cars are parked in this location and seasonal guests use trolleys to ferry their possessions to their allocated caravans. There are other MH pitches available and if we were to return we would avoid those adjacent to the courts. The site is located nicely for the town of Grandson where we caught the train to Lausanne. We had a lovely day out there and visited both the town and the marina on lake Leman. Site facilities were nice and clean, showers on 4 minute timer, with a stop start button. This was more than enough time for a good shower. Washing up facilities were good, with plenty of worktop and hot water. Grey waste drop and water were close to the entrance and involve a 5 CHF fee for the waste drop. Black drop was in the shower block in its own room, which was clean and tidy. There was a nice little shop with a concise range of items, open at certain times. We did not get to try the site restaurant, which is apparently well regarded. Overall a nice little site to stop at by lake Neuchatel, just choose your pitch carefully.
