A top spot! Immaculate facilities, especially the loos. Handy for cycling/walking to Delft, great transport links too. Friendly staff. Minor WiFi/noise niggles but guests rave and will be back.

Disliked Bakery / info could open a bit earlier - 8.30 is later than most sites!

Liked This is a great site. The pitches were generous and there were plenty of trees for shade. The washing facilities are great - new and clean. The staff were helpful and the shop and cafe were good. We enjoyed the table tennis and the pool and we also liked the location for an easy walk into the centre of Delft. We will definitely be back to this site

Liked Beautiful site clean and tidy great amenities the shop / bakery absaloutly fabulous. Toilets showers etc absaloutly spotless near to delft.

Staff excellent

Disliked The brasserie not open on a Monday but that's clutching at Straws for a dislike

WiFi only allowed 1 person to use it

Liked The ambience, friendly welcome, the environment and above all the facilities, which are AMAZING. Never seen such before. We only stayed for one night but will come here again to explore. Loved it!

Liked Huge pitch, fantastic toilet block kept spotless. Lovely staff, particularly at the bar/restaurant. Well stocked shop for basics.
Well located in easy reach of Delft, Rotterdam and the Hague, less than an hour's drive to Amsterdam.

Disliked Once I found a toilet roll that unrolled from the back :-)
It is pricey - we paid a little over €60 per night for a serviced pitch.
That's it.

Liked Very easy access to Delft which is lovely. Friendly helpful reception, nice facilities that coped even when busy.

Disliked Pitch was close to swimming pool (noisy) and quite shady - we didn’t have EHU so were relying on solar panels. I sometimes couldn’t get the shower sensor to activate, twice I had to change cubicles.

Liked Lovely site. Everything you need, washing / shower rooms were clean, and hot water was great.

The site gives a centre parcs feel.

Local attractions

The old city of Delft is best known for its fine blue pottery, a trade dating back in this part of South Holland to the mid-16th century (if you want to acquire your own anywhere in the world, check for the Delfts Blauw or Delft Blue name painted on the bottom of ceramic pieces). The city's streets and canal banks also house plenty of other attractions to see, including the Vermeer Centre, the Science Centre and the historic almshouses. Hire a bike on site to pedal around one or more of the several cycle paths in the area, such as to the farming villages of the Green Heart region; the old church in the village of 't Woudt; the towns of Pijnacker-Nootdorp or Zoetermeer; along the Vliet Canal to The Hague; or along the Schie river towards Rotterdam. Stick around close to the site for a day at the nature and recreation area next door, where there's a petting zoo, water playground and a beach next to the big recreational lake for dips, fishing and sailing. Within day trip distance is another beach at Scheveningen (25 minutes' drive), the models of Madurodam miniature city (20 minutes), the UNESCO-listed site of the Kinderdijk windmills (45 minutes) and the tasty treats of the Gouda Cheese Museum, 35 minutes away; be sure to amble around the famed cheese market of this last too.
