Camping and touring

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 02/09.
• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m..

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m..

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. between 01/07 and 26/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 15/04 - 30/06 and 27/08 - 23/09.

Pool

• Some facilities require the wearing of swim caps.

General

• The grocery shop is open between 15/04 and 22/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/05 and 22/09 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The restaurant is open between 15/04 and 22/09.

Pitches

• Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.

Admission

• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.
