On-site accommodation

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 20 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Extras

• A charge of €1.00 ($1.81) applies for the use of the shower.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 14 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Safety

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €20.00 ($36.28) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. between 01/01 and 31/12.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Vehicles

• Units longer than 10 metres are not allowed.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 11 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €20.00 ($36.52) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
