Liked: Quiet , near amenities Two small areas of water access can be walked to 20mins fast walking

Disliked: Not great if the weather is inclement Due to mud in places, showers not hot enough , no means of dry hands after toilet.

Liked: Camping muy tranquilo, silencioso y acogedor. También hay actividades para niños, pero los nuestros al no saber francés no pudieron disfrutarlo

Disliked: Estuvimos en una parcela muy alejada de la piscina y la zona principal de baños también. Los baños algo antiguos. La wifi de pago podría haber alguna opción gratuita.

Liked: Warm welcome from English speaking receptionist. Pitch was a reasonable size and well shaded by mature trees. As the temperature was 30 degrees most days this suited us. The facilities were clean and adequate for our needs. The onsite bar had a relaxed vibe and served pizza, burger, salads and ice cream. The pool is more for kids playing than any swimming. The site is about 10 minutes walk (5 minutes drive) to a small “free” beach where we swam and used paddle board / kayak. There were also no hassles having our dog with us. There are other bigger beaches nearby but you have to pay for parking and dogs are not allowed. The site is well placed for visiting all of the southern shore of Lac Léman, from Geneva to Villeneuve.

Disliked: The luke warm water in the showers. But to be fair the weather was so hot maybe this was a good thing 😊 The pitch was on a little bit of a slope and we don’t travel with levelling ramps. There is no WiFi and very poor reception for mobile phone.

Liked: We booked this as a one night stop over, we were very late checking in so the reception emailed instructions on how to enter site and find out pitch which was really helpful. As we stayed one night we can't really comment on much, the sanitation area was clean and tidy, pitch was spacious. Appeared to be in close proximity to lake Geneva and a nice village nearby

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Separate pitches with lots of privacy. Good facilities, toilets, pool and bar with entertainment. Good location, close to town and only 20mins walk to the lake.

Disliked: Only slight issue was our proximity to a more permanent caravan pitch with an open window to a foul smelling toilet.

Liked: We like the location to lake Geneva.

Disliked: I wouldn't come again. This site appears to be run by gap year students and is very unprofessional. We turned up to a bare earth, rocky pitch with no working electricity. The toilet block near us had no locks on any toilet doors, the shower was literally scolding and unusable, pot washing sink only cold water. The pool and pool area was dirty and slimy. There's multiple abandoned old caravans all over. The staff are up past midnight drinking with music blaring and racing round in golf carts. Your also under the main airport flight path so the roar of planes is loud day and night. It's cheap for a reason and i regret our 4 nights here.

Local attractions

No doubt you’ll start your stay by racing straight down to the lake shore – perhaps to take a swim from the beach in Messery (20 minutes’ walk). You can hire kayaks, paddleboards, pedalos and windsurfers down here too if you’d like to get out on the lake. Yvoire (five minutes’ drive) may well be your next port of call – and you’ll quickly see why this lakeside village has been classified as one of Les Plus Beaux Villages de France. There’s a classic castle to visit, along with remnants of the walls and gates that once surrounded the fortified village. It’s also worth taking a stroll through the Jardin des Cinq Sens, and/or following the two-kilometre walking and bike trail to Domaine de Rovorée before returning to the village for a restaurant meal. For other days out, you might like to visit the big birds at Les Aigles du Léman (15 minutes), ride the funicular from Thonon-les-Bains (half an hour) for spectacular lake views, or cross the border to Geneva (half an hour) to see the famed water fountain, stroll through the Old Town and climb the cathedral towers.

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

Changes cannot be made once you have booked.

The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Vehicles

The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

The outdoor swimming pool is open between 15/05 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).
