On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 31/08.

Extras

• Entertainment passes are included in the rate.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €380.00 ($669.96) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

Reception

• Reception is open from 10 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 30/03 and 30/06.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/07 and 31/10.

Pitches

• Sites: a €50.00 ($88.15) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is not allowed.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar is open between 01/04 and 30/09.

Arrivals and departures

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 30 day(s) before your arrival.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The fishing lakes are stocked with 2nd category fishes.
• The games room is open between 01/07 and 31/08.
• The grocery shop is open between 01/07 and 31/08.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/07 and 31/08 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The restaurant is open between 01/04 and 30/09.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €80.00 ($141.05) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
