Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 4 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 01/07 and 31/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €260.00 ($461.54) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Extras

• Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to hire a fridge.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 15/06 and 31/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 01/04 and 15/06.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon between 01/09 and 15/10.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Safety

• Swimming in the lake is allowed.

General

• The bar is open between 01/05 and 10/09.

Arrivals and departures

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The fishing lakes are stocked with trout.
• The games room is open between 10/05 and 10/09.
• The grocery shop is open between 01/04 and 15/10.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 01/05 and 10/09.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

General

• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €58.00 ($102.96) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
