Just stunning view right in the heart of the woodland.

Some really quirky accomodation here too.

Liked: Todo. Limpieza, orden, amabilidad del personal. Servicios de mini granja (poder entrar con ellos a dar de comer a los animales), pan y bollería por la mañana, cenas temáticas en el restaurante, sala de juegos. Nos gustó mucho tener un acceso directo de paseo por la zona de la montaña des del camping

Disliked: Únicamente creo que la sala de juegos podría estar más ordenada aunque creo que eso es problema del civismo de las familias que la usan

Liked: Perfect shaded pitches in a wooded area. Felt like you were almost wild camping. Lovely facilities with a pool, laundrette, shower and toilet block, bar and restaurant. Beautiful night sky full of stars.

Disliked: Only thing that was annoying (albeit part of the experience were the wasps by the pool ) This, however did not affect our stay.

Liked: Ease of entry, size of pitch. Views behind, good clean toilet area. Excellent walks available into the local woodland. Mostly that they accept more than 1 or 2 two dogs. We have 3 small ones and struggle to find anywhere you can use.

Disliked: Noise from bar, we arrived tired and had to wait till late for some local Strummers to stop. But that's entertainment for you.

From the A9, take the Narbonne Sud exit in the direction of Carcassonne. At the roundabout Montredon des Corbières, follow the signs to Bizanet (D613 then D224). The site is on the left before Bizanet.

Local attractions

Many walking and hiking trails crisscross the vineyards of this part of Languedoc-Roussillon, traversing or ending up at small regional villages where the local gastronomy and tasty wines should most certainly be sampled. By car, a 20-minute drive will take you to the medieval village of Lagrasse, one of the Les Plus Beaux Villages de France, and to Minerve, famed for its wine production (which is saying quite a lot in these vineyardy parts). The 300 hectares and 3,800 or so inhabitants of animal park Réserve Africaine de Sigean are also about 20 minutes away. Thirty kilometres away, have a day around the museums, shops and bars of the city of Carcassonne, the splendid fortified town with a UNESCO World Heritage Site medieval fortress.

Admission

Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Dogs

A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
Bookings must not be for more than 15 consecutive nights.

Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 01/07 and 31/08.
Reception is unmanned after 5 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Pool

Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

Dogs

The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Vehicles

The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.

General

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

The outdoor swimming pool is open between 15/06 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).

The restaurant is open between 01/07 and 31/08.
