is on the outskirts of Besançon, the capital of Franche-Comté, and is a well-placed starting point for discovering the attractions and activities of the region. Amenities include a modern heated toilet block with free hot showers and hairdryers, and a launderette with washing machines and dryers (tokens can be purchased at reception). The campsite also has a free service point for motorhomes and free wifi throughout. Site guests can use the water leisure centre in Chalezeule free of charge when it's open from the end of June until the end of August. A supermarket is 200 metres away and a snack bar open in the summer season is at the entrance of the site. A good pizzeria is 50 metres away. The site is within 400 metres of the closest tram station.

Route directions

The campsite is located on the side of Besançon, towards Montbéliard/Belfort on the RD 683. On the motorway A36 take the exit signposted Besançon St Claude, then follow Montbéliard/Belfort. Via the Euro-Vélo route 6 take exit signposted Écluse de Chaléze, and cycle for approximately 1 kilometre toward Besançon.
