Les Cabanes de la Guinguette is a tranquil woodland site in the small rural village of Singles, set among the Auvergne's Puy-de-Dôme department. You're well placed for visiting the Sancy Massif, the volcanoes of the Auvergne (including the summits of Puy de Dôme and Puy de Sancy) and Vulcania theme park.
The huts are each kitted out with one double bed and two singles. Bed linen is provided, and towels can be hired for a small fee.
Communal facilities include a small common room with an oven and a fridge. Guests can order picnic hampers on site to bring with them on long walks or days trips.
The treehouses themselves are back to basics so aren't supplied with electricity or water; however, each treehouse has its own private bathroom with a toilet, a washbasin and a shower in the main building, where you'll also find a free wifi service and an electricity supply.
