On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 15 day(s) of arrival.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Safety

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €350.00 ($710.41) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 3 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Safety

• No gas barbecues allowed.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Pool

• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

Extras

• Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to hire a fridge.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is closed from noon to 3 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. between 01/07 and 31/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 28/04 - 30/06 and 01/09 - 09/10.
• Reception is unmanned after 6:30 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

Pitches

• Sites: a €350.00 ($710.41) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

Coronavirus

• The bar facilities are closed due to restrictions imposed by the coronavirus outbreak.

General

• The bar is open between 28/04 and 09/10.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.
• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The grocery shop is open between 28/04 and 09/10.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 28/04 and 09/10 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The restaurant is open between 28/04 and 09/10.

Vehicles

• Units longer than 8 metres are not allowed.

Arrivals and departures

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €80.00 ($162.38) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
