Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 08/07 and 26/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €270.00 ($477.32) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 7 days of arrival and will be refunded within 7 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

Extras

• Please select an electric hook-up if you wish to hire a fridge.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. between 08/07 and 25/08.
• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 30/03 - 07/07 and 26/08 - 28/09.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar is open between 30/03 and 27/09.

Occupancy

• The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Arrivals and departures

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 15 day(s) before your arrival.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are travelling with a touring caravan or a tent. If you wish to bring a car along with your motorhome/campervan please select the extra.

General

• The grocery shop is open between 30/03 and 27/09.

Pool

• The indoor swimming pool is open between 30/03 and 27/09.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 15/06 and 27/09 (subject to weather conditions).

• The restaurant is open between 30/03 and 27/09.
• This is a quiet campground/park: no music is allowed.

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

General

• You'll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand).

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €70.00 ($124.04) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
