Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 10 day(s) of arrival.

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: €100.00 ($181.99) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a €25.00 ($45.50) fee.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

General

• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. between 15/06 and 04/09.

Occupancy

• The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 15/06 and 31/08 (subject to weather conditions).

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €52.50 ($95.55) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
