• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

• Bookings cannot be amended within 28 day(s) of arrival.

• Bookings must not be for more than 13 consecutive nights.

Vehicles

• Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Please Call.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a £40.00 ($86.54) fee.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

• Public areas are non-smoking.

Reception

• Reception is closed from 1 a.m. to 2 a.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to midnight between 01/04 and 31/08.
• Reception is open from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. between 01/04 and 31/08 and between 01/09 and 31/03.

Occupancy

• The campground/park caters for families (immediate members) and couples only - bookings from all other forms of groups are not accepted.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dog Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 1 day(s) before your arrival.

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 01/04 and 01/12.

• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorisation from their parents or legal guardian.

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of £40.00 ($86.54) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
