  • Dog-friendly bell tents; exclusive-use fridges in shared kitchen huts
Wow, what a view. The bell tents at Trewrach Glamping sit on a clifftop with spectacular vistas over the Irish Sea, and with an equally stunning backdrop of Mynydd Dinas mountain behind them. Add in the fact that the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and pebbly Aberbach Beach are both five minutes’ walk away, and you’ve got a scenic spot for family holidays under canvas. The site’s spacious bell tents are simply furnished with chairs and beds, and sleep up to four guests. They are all dog friendly (please use a tie-off post so the field stays clean and other guests are not disturbed) and each one has its own garden space outside, with a picnic table and firepit for barbecues. Shared kitchen huts, with your own personal fridge, are a few steps away across the field, along with wooden shower and toilet cabins. The grass on the camping field is kept at lawn length so the kids can play safely and have a kick about with a ball – and should you ever be able to tear yourselves away from those amazing views, the popular coastal village of Newport (10 minutes’ drive) is the place to go for eating out and shopping.
