Liked: Really such a beautiful spot, amazing views and so peaceful. Chloe and her family are lovely and really helpful. The loo’s and kitchen are spotless and everything is really thoughtfully put together. The bear hunt trail in the woods was such a nice touch - really well written and arranged. It encouraged us to venture into the trees. We’d love to come back.
Disliked: I struggled not having a power pack for my phone so perhaps some electricity (some campsites have coin meter things) to charge phones etc might be good, but most people are probably more organised than me!

Liked: The views from the site are fantastic in all directions. The toilets were clean and pleasant to use. Next time we will stay longer. There is so much beautiful countryside to see around there. But maybe we should keep that a secret 😀

Liked: This is a great location and within easy reach of Monmouth. Facilities on the site are limited and basic to the extense of rough camping. Owners are present through out the day taking care of the toilet Facilities and make a presents at least 3 times a day. Space is great allowing children to explore and roam ....but not wonder out of sight! Great siite with panoramic views across the open countryside.
Disliked: A small investment of wooden buildings and water points would be an advantage......alongside rubbish points. With clever thinking and design the site could still achieve its environmental ethos

Liked: Had a very large pitching area with plenty of flat ground, toilet and little kitchen area was perfect. Chloe and family were very helpful and provided a perfect service even going out of their way to let us borrow some playing cards! Would definitely recommend and would 100% go back to the lovely site and views and red sky at night campsite!

Liked: Lovely wild setting with fantastic view and beautiful wood next door. Feels relaxed and easy going. Fire pits and tripods available for hire and logs for sale.
Disliked: Could do with a decent stand pipe for water as sink tap difficult to use for hose pipe or containers. Quite pricey for field with one compost toilet.
