Unpowered grass tent or campervan site
Liked The small field was good.
Disliked We arrived approx 6.30pm having travelled for nearly 4 hours, we weren't allowed to pitch our small camper van until we had 'booked in', yet the owner new who we were on arrival. I just wanted to pitch up, it was late, and my young daughter and I were very hungry, we had yet to go find somewhere to eat. My daughters father joined us having travelled separately but arriving at the same time. Again the owner insisted he pay to also stay in tge campervan before she would allow us to park our van.
Quite frankly, she was rude, no smile, no hello. This was our 5th and last stop on our road trip of Wales for one night, what a disappointment! I wish we had booked elsewhere. No wonder there was only one unit remaining on site as we left, surprisingly for a long bank holiday weekend.

Unpowered grass tent or campervan site
Liked Gorgeous location with incredible views. Two fantastic pubs only 4 minutes drive away.
The bathrooms and showers were the nicest weâve even seen at a campsite. Lovely accommodating hosts, and we enjoyed fresh pizza delivered to our tent on the second night. We also enjoyed saying hello to all the cute animals- would recommend to anyone!

Great getaway spot
Unpowered grass tent or campervan site
Liked We absolutely loved this site and didnt want to go home. Stayed for 3 nights, weekend just gone, 2 adults, 2 kids (12 & 8) and 1 dog. Quiet, great views, clean toilets, lovely shower (and looks like they are installing another which will be handy for busy times).
Kids loved being able to go and see the animals and the animals are clearly used to people being around and liked a fuss which is a bonus, especially the goats, alpacas, donkeys, pigs and highland cows. Their dogs are super friendly aswell.
We had pizza on the last night from the site which was lovely and would definitely recommend, we ordered in the morning ready for 6.30pm which worked out great.
Owners are lovely.

We had a nice time! Cows were stinking though :(
Unpowered grass tent or campervan site
Liked Nice pitching area, secluded and away from the main road, lovely view of the side of the mountain, very close to Craig Y Nos and Dan Yr Ogof, some nice animals around to look at and interact with, good washing up facilities.
Disliked Shower was a bit dodgy as the screen door was loose, someone's exfoliating glove was left in there also, the Highland cows on site were covered in matted feces and swarmed with hundreds of flies.
