What customers say
Great spot! Owners are lovely. Toilets and showers are spotless, loads of hot water and big pitches. Perfect for chilling and exploring, though sometimes there's a bit of noise from events or campers. Wi-Fi can be iffy, but it's a brilliant stay.

Liked The beautiful site, immaculate showers and toilets, spacious pitches and friendly welcome from Pam. Really great site.
Disliked The only downside was all the wasps… I know that’s out of the control of Pam and Richard but it spoilt the outdoors experience as I couldn’t sit out … there were sooo many! We were pitch 11 and they seemed to love the huge trees by us.
We will go back though when it’s not wasp season.

From the manager: Hi Anne, that’s for your kind review, we do appreciate your time in leaving some feedback. Unfortunately living in the country, there are wasps around this time of the year and we can only apologise for this. We try to encourage our guests to pitch up away from any wasp nests rather than destroying them. We do however, look forward to welcoming you back to Lady Willlngton sometime in the future. Regards Pamela and Richard
As an overall I would highly recommend this sit to everyone.

Liked This was our second stay at LWC&CP and we were equally as impressed as per the first time around. This time we were here with our new caravan and stayed in the same spot as per our folding camper last time around. The park is really well looked after, nice and quiet and totally relaxing! The toilet / shower block was spotless and had plenty of hot water.
We found the hosts / owners to be really pleasant and polite. They took the time to speak with us and we had good chats. Really, really nice people.
Disliked Nothing.

Disliked Would have liked to see an enclosed dog area so our little dog could run free as she is always ready to run around when ever she can.

From the manager: Hi Paul, thank you for leaving your review and pleased to hear you enjoyed the quite site with well kept shower and toilets facilities. Most of our guests consider these to be some of the most important factors when reviewing their stay with us. We really do try to ensure our guests all have an enjoyable stay. The 3/10 review is however slightly disappointing and it would appear the only aspect you disliked was not having an enclosed area for dog walking (we don't promote this facility). The Lady Willington site sits in about 4 acres and we are in the rural country side with endless country walks. We have our own Black Lab, and he enjoys long walks every day. We are very happy to suggest areas and walks for our guests to use during their stay - please ask. May we wish you an enjoyable summer and hope your next campsite provides better facilities for you. Regards Richard
