What customers say
A quiet, tidy site with welcoming hosts and ample room. Great base for North Wales/Cheshire exploration, with pubs & shops nearby. Basic but clean facilities; some feel they need updating, and a single toilet/shower could be tight in busy periods. A few had access issues on arrival.

Liked The field is lovely.
Disliked This is not a campsite for tents. There are no washing up facilities. There is only one toilet, sink and shower in the same hut, which is mouldy and dirty and never any toilet roll. The price is very high considering these issues.

Liked This was my favorite campsite of a month long tour. A simple place. Everyone was very friendly, a nice atmosphere, relaxed and quiet. The grass was perfect, kids lived playing on it and laying on it. Fresh farm eggs were lovely. Kevin the sheep was the star of the show. Highly recommend.
Disliked Having only one toilet was a bit awkward some mornings!

Liked Nothing we didn’t stay
Disliked Everything. We never got on to the site the gates were closed and there was no answer when we called the number and we called several times
We were left with no where to stay
Furious as we had paid for a site and ended up having to stay in a car park which was not very safe at all

From the manager: the gates to site are never locked, they are closed for security of guests and animals, if they were how would guests get in and out, and secondly the day in question, my wife had broke her leg and we were in A and E TILL 11.30 THAT NIGHT , SO THERE WAS NO WAY WE COULD ANSWER THE HOUSE PHONE
Personally not for me ..

Liked Large field, friendly owners
Disliked Facilities .. one room with shower and toilet, it was described as basic by the owner which I don't mind but it wasn't very clean, full of cobwebs and I didn't use them at all.
