What customers say
Great views and location for Pen y Fan & waterfalls. Basic but clean facilities, friendly owners. Some noise, but lots of space & peace. Recommended for a relaxed, no-frills stay.

Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Spacious field, some shady areas too. Largely flat.
Lovely views to Pen y fan and the ridge, the starting point of the trail only about 45mins on foot (the NT Car park). About 25 mins from the car parks for the 4 waterfalls.
Facilties as expected for a no frills campsite- couple of hot showers, clean toilets, washing up sinks. A small covered area with a couple of tables.
They allow you to bring firepits too.
Nice and informal, we pulled up and found somewhere to pitch. Ca found us and came to say hello and welcomed us.
We had brought food for the next day but they offer home cooked meals on (I think) Friday and Saturday.
Will be back!
Disliked Minor suggestions- Might be worth putting up a map on the wall with a bit of local info, directions to walks etc.
Maybe a small freezer for chilling ice blocks for those of us camping.

Lovely, would recommend!
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Large space, drinking water taps / kitchen, toilet roll in the toilets. Options for tents in shade or open sun. Nice staff
Disliked Only 1 men’s and 1 women’s shower for a lot of campers staying. Potentially a problem during busy periods.

Great camp on an amazing location
Unpowered grass tent or trailer tent site
Liked Lost of space and views of the mountains. Close to Brecon town with many amenities. Toilets and showers could get busy (2 toilet cubicles and 1 shower for men and the same for ladies). They got quite dirty at the end of the day but cleaned every morning.
An amazing location for Pen Y Fan car park, 15 minutes drive. I guess you could also walk directly from the camping site.
Very much enjoyed our stay.
Disliked There was a kitchen - not sure if it was meant to be used by campers - but it was closed while we were.
