A lovely, tidy spot with plenty of room and top-notch facilities. Staff are a real bonus – super friendly and helpful. Great views and a handy restaurant. A few minor points like shower privacy and noise, but overwhelmingly positive with most keen to come back.

Liked Setting, accessibility to both Glasgow and Greenock. Clean facilities, added bonus of water and electricity for each pitch. Highly recommend restaurant and staff.

Liked Excellent site, very well maintained with lots of space.
Less than 2 miles away, in Bishopton, you can get the train directly into Glasgow, with free parking at the Station.

Liked Brilliant site. Nicely set out and very clean park. Has a restaurant on site however we didn't visit this but heard it's nice. Has all the facilities needed, electric and water right at your pitch and drainage nearby. Each pitch has a dedicated picnic table as well which was nice. Had a kids play park with Disney songs playing which was a nice touch

Disliked Very dusty road so sometimes a bit dirty but apart from that great

Liked Large area which meant guests were spread out nicely. Picnic benches provided on each pitch which are really handy.
There is a lovely restaurant on the estate, a children’s play park and many other things that add to the experience here.

If cities are not your thing, turn north to Loch Lomond (25 minutes), where you can get out in the fresh air on boat cruises (20 minutes), play golf on loch-side courses or walk and cycle for miles in Queen Elizabeth Forest Park (both half an hour). If you’d care to venture a little further afield, Blair Drummond Safari and Adventure Park (55 minutes) makes a fun day out for all the family with giraffes, endangered Amur tigers and a life-size dinosaur trail. Lofty Stirling Castle (50 minutes) is open for guided tours of its historic chapel, centuries-old kitchens and regimental museum.
