What customers say
A tidy, handy spot, great for NC500 stopovers. Flat pitches, good loos/showers, easy access. Shower costs noted, but overall good value, safe & quiet. Traffic noise & fewer longer-stay facilities are slight downsides.
Summary AI-generated from Pitchup.com customer reviews

Over priced for what I would describe as a pull in pull out facility.
Unpowered concrete slab caravan site
Liked Convenient
Disliked Having to pay for showers that were inadequate. Not enough showers for the amount of pitches. Next to main road, road noise throughout the night.

Good location, responsive owners, easily accessed, clean & tidy.
Powered concrete slab caravan site
Liked Easy to find, ideal quiet spot for our onward journey to John O Groats. First time in a motorhome and water and waste easy accessible as was the electrics.
Disliked Not a reflection of the owners but arrive early, we walked into town about 8.30pm once we had got ourselves organised on site and all food places were closed. Purchased food at the CO-OP and made use of the facilities in the motorhome. So not a total disaster but after a long day driving we didn’t want to cook.

Good for a one night stop on NC 500
Powered concrete slab caravan site
Liked Quiet, nice view, easy to find and check in. Good walk along beach. Level pitch with water next to pitch
Disliked Having to pay £1 for a shower that was either freezing cold or scolding hot, so not a good experience. Quite a long walk to decent pub.
