What customers say
Black Rock Caravan Park gets a big thumbs up for being super clean, especially the toasty private loos. Staff, particularly Gary, are a friendly bunch. It's in a cracking spot for bush walks (hello, Black Rock Gorge!) and close to shops and pubs. Peaceful, well-kept, and great for everyone.

Best site I stayed in when doing the NC500.
Camping pod
Liked Stayed in a Pod, was great. Ablutions were very good, spacious and warm and very clean. Lovely walk through the Forrest to the bridges right next to the site. Nice restaurant less than 5 min walk. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Really nice spot for a break
Camping pod
Liked Great shower block - I loved the design with shower, loo and sink in one unit - and cosy pod with very welcome heating and power. Pub and shop were great and just a couple of minutes walk away. Oh and really friendly staff

It's probably the best campsite on the NC500 route.
Camping pod
Liked What a wonderful site!! We all said that they have better bathroom facilities than we do at home! Loads of hot water and a really good power shower, all in an individual washroom with sink, toilet and heater. Lovelye and warm and not like washing in a service station like many campsites. Parking wasn't a problem. 10% off your food bill at the local pub (100m away). Laundry facilities on site and a huge pot wash room. And all with a view of the mountains and the 5m wide river that runs beside the site.
Disliked Er...... Genuinely struggling with this one as there's nothing we didn't like. It's probably the best campsite on the NC500 route for their facilities and we all said that we'd go there again in a heartbeat.

Fully-serviced gravel caravan site
Liked Arrived at Black Rock Caravan site to a huge warm welcome from Gary. He explained everything we needed to know about the site & even reccomend a walk to the Black Rock Gorge in the nearby woods.
The site was well maintained by the staff & Graeme took pride in keeping the ptiches up to scratch. We were put on a pitch next to the river which was so relaxing.
The amenities were kept at a high standard & had everything you needed.
The shower blocks were kept spotless & plenty of them.
This must be the best campsite I've ever been on.
A credit to all the staff.
Disliked Only staying for 1 night & having to leave the next day.
