Wonderful location right on the waterside with stunning views out to sea…
Powered grass and gravel caravan site
Liked Wonderful location right on the waterside with stunning views out to sea and around the surrounding hills. Nice pub with a very friendly and entertaining landlord.
Showers and toilets are basic but very usable
Disliked Needs more amenities such as a wash up area and a proper chemical waste point

Stunning location, will most definitely return.
Unpowered grass tent site (two person)
Liked The views are just stunning. Everywhere you look is so beautiful. The price is also stunning, especially in these times where you need a small mortgage to go on holiday. Yes the facilities are dated but that’s how they can keep prices down. The staff are so lovely.
Disliked The fact we didn’t get to sample the live music in the pub due to the weather taking a turn for the worst we only stayed for 2 days instead of 5.

Dont go near the place. We were misled by false reviews.

Liked The view
Disliked Abysmal facilities for the whole site comprising 2 substandard WC’s; 2 showers costing 2 euros extra; 2 basins; no hot water; no wash up; disgusting waste disposal; inadequate pitches; no Wifi; no information provided.
Outrageous charge for a crap site.

Basic campsites but in a beautiful location.

Liked Lovely campsite in a lovely location overlooking a tidal inlet and Mt. Brandon in the background. Beautiful spot.
There is a nice pub on site. There is power and water available close to each pitch.
The pitches are level so no need to be leveling up the camper.
There is also plenty of room for an awning.
Disliked Facilities are adequate but could do with some updating

Basic but makes up for it with beautiful views
Unpowered grass tent site (family)
Liked The views were great. The area is beautiful and there’s green space to kick a football if you want to.
The pub was right beside the camp site to get a drink if you wanted. Access to power and water was easy.
Disliked Showers were pay to use.
There is nowhere to clean any cooking utensils.

A great little site but could do with a good clean up.

Good campsite, will be back again!
Unpowered grass tent site (family)
Liked The area to pitch was clean. Nice & spacious, even though there were a good few tents pitched, we still had a lot of room. We were lucky enough to pitch right up at the water so, we were delighted to do some fishing.
Disliked Bathrooms are quite far (especially if it’s an emergency)

Disliked The toilets were a little untidy and in need of modernisation, though it didn’t spoil my stay.
