Liked: What a lovely site, only stayed for 1 night in our motorhome but wished we'd booked for longer. Level pitches and plenty of space. The dog park is a really good idea. We ate on site and the food was nice and reasonable. Staff very friendly. We'll definitely be returning but for a longer stay next time

Liked: Spectacular view.
Disliked: Motorbike noise into late evening on the road below. Expensive for the facilities available. No phone signal.

From the manager: We are a little confused! You gave us a 10 but wouldn't recommend us! we have no roads with motorbikes and nobody here called Kay!? other than that thank you for your feedback! (Different site perhaps?) 😊
Good value for money. Friendly helpful staff.

Liked: Terraced, hardstanding pitches. Sea view. Bar and other facilities. Showers and toilets were good.
Disliked: The access road/track is narrow, steep and windy. Would be a problem if two caravans or motorhomes meet. Only one passing point partway up. CDP was an open drain? No hose on tap. The drain was filling up with fallen leaves. I mentioned this to reception who made notes to report it. Hook up point on pitch beginning to become overgrown with brambles. Again, reception were made aware.

From the manager: Thank you for your feedback. We would like to address a couple of your comments. Our helpful and friendly reception staff will always report any issues to maintenance to be dealt with. Our access road is a country lane leading to a beautiful cliff top location, there are five passing points on the lane, however we are a remote countryside location that holiday makers love to visit with their caravans! so some dual carriageway expectations may need to be lowered. We can also blame the steepness and windiness! on the location too! 😊
Good clean site, level pitches.

Liked: Entertainment was top notch! We booked there as the weather was going to be appalling and wanted somewhere we could escape the rain and the van! Super doggy friendly loved the selection of games!
Disliked: Touch button showers which were a little slow to warm up.

Liked: Lovely quiet clean site, excellent shower/toilet facilities and friendly helpful staff. Numerous beaches close by but mostly stony/ pebbled but Minehead is only 20 minutes up the road if you are looking for sand and shops.
Disliked: Sadly access to the beach from the site was unavailable due to storm damage but this can’t be blamed on the site. No Wi-Fi at touring pitches but good Wi-Fi at the clubhouse.
