What customers say
Top-rated, peaceful spot with spacious, level pitches. Spotless facilities and super-friendly owners. Great rural views, ideal for Jurassic Coast exploration. A car's handy. Pegging can be tricky, toilet code a minor fuss, but excellent value – guests plan to return!

Liked Lovely campsite easy to find and well signposted. Well kept pitches and looks lovely. We only booked 30 mins before arriving and we were 10 mins later than the advertised latest time of 5pm but there was a mobile phone number and they were very friendly and accommodating showing us to the pitch. We are a female couple in our 40s with a dog in a VW camper van for reference.
A couple of other families in the lodges and tent box car. Code entry to site which was secure. It wasn’t busy as it was pretty much the last day of the main season, but there was fresh drinking water tap at our pitch, very clean bathrooms with code entry and the dog field as a wonderful bonus.
There’s even Emus close by, which we went to see!
Would visit again with wider family.
Disliked It’s a drive to a supermarket and pub, but nothing they can do about that!

Liked We are family of 5 and it was amazing. Always pleasure to come back to Oat Hill Farm. Everything is verry nice , clean and quiet. The staff in there Adrian and Niky verry friendly and always there to help with anything you ask. They keep the site verry well maintaned and all utilities( water, electric and even water hose are there in case someone doesn't have)working order. I am strongly recomend and we will go there again next year.

Nice tidy site and a lovely quiet location.

 Liked Beautiful quiet location
Disliked Restricted water. I was told that the water to my pitch had been switched off "as we had only booked 1 night". The man then tried to put water from a dirty watering can into my sterile tank without asking me. I managed to stop him before too much went in but he wouldn't let us get water with our hose and so we ended up having to go backwards and forward from the one tap to our pitch with jugs and our kettle to get enough water for what we needed for the night.
