Liked: Tranquil setting with excellent facilities, which were spotlessly clean. The site is well laid out with plenty of space between the pitches. Would definitely go back.

Daisy bell tent (two person)
Liked: Very peaceful accomodation. The yurt had been really thoughtfully kitted out, from LED furniture and fire wood, through to milk, and little chocolates.
Disliked: No dislikes! They're still working on providing more toilet facilities etc. So clearly things will just keep improving on the site.

Unpowered grass tent site
Liked: The dogs could be let off the lead and the owners helped us decide where to pitch which was lovely. Seeing the dogs enjoy themselves too. There was a dunny in the lower field where the bell tents are which meant we didn’t have to walk all the way over the field. Liked that children aren’t allowed at the camp as it means it’s very quiet and tranquil. Myself and my husband are mid 20’ and went with my parents.
Disliked: Can’t fault the site.

Unpowered grass tent site
Liked: Lovely peaceful site with great views of the surrounding countryside. Bijou campsite with electric hook ups and tent field. Campfires allowed. Bring your own campfire stuff or they have a great locker system to buy firewood on site. Fridge and freezer in the utility room plus washing machine and dryer. WiFi also available. I loved waking up at 6am and watching a light mist rise from the lake. We saw buzzards and a tawny owl.
Disliked: There is currently only one shower however there were signs up saying that more shower facilities are planned for the future. The campsite was small enough that we did not have to wait to use the shower at any time.
