What customers say
Sandyholme's praised for its spacious, tidy pitches and greenery. Staff are friendly & helpful, facilities are clean. Handy for local spots. Mostly peaceful, though some heard noise from campers or farms. A few mentioned shower temp/availability issues, or portable loo upkeep in busy times.

Meadow unpowered grass site
Liked Sandyholme is a great holiday park. The camping area was well maintained with short grass and the gravel roads and paths well maintained. The campsite was quite and there was good space between tents. The managers were very friendly and helpful. All the facilities were clean and easy to access, loved the football pitch and totem tennis and area for the dog to run freely. It is well located to access all the local tourist sites.
Disliked The only drawback were the toilets near the tent area were not maintained to the same standard as the main toilet/shower area. I didn't use the showers here so cannot coment on those.
