- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.
Dogs
- The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
- Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.
- Electricity is metered on site at £0.35 per kWh and must be paid onsite via a coin meter which accepts £1 and £2 coins. Please be aware before booking that there are currently roadworks taking place near the site (A35 Miles Cross junction) until December 2026. Between the 18th August and 28th August, they will be working both day and night.

Liked We visited last year and came back again this year and booked already for next year! Nic & Adam are a lovely, welcoming and a friendly couple who are always available if needed. The site is the perfect size with 8 pitches. Apart from the roadworks this year, which we were advised about, it’s a very peaceful site with stunning views. It’s a great base for travelling around Dorset or just popping to the local village. There is a pub a short walk away down the far side of the sheep field through the gate, an information shed with necessities you may have ran out of. It is great for dogs. Love it

Liked The view of Colmer Hill, lovely big pitches, having no one else in front of you, small site (8?) pitches in total, very accessible, easy to find, great pub 10 minutes walk away. Appreciated the welcome apple cake gift.
Disliked Code to left hand loo didn't seem to work for most people. Needs a separate individual toilet, as it could be a long wait if someone is using the shower.

Liked Location, size of site and pitch. All facilities were clean and worked. Dog showering station was a great feature. Owners were very friendly and welcoming.
