What customers say

Roselands Caravan and Camping Park: small, quiet, well-kept site. Friendly, helpful owners, lovely scenery, clean facilities, hot showers. Great base for exploring St Just and coast. Some found showers a bit snug & noted occasional noise from others.

Liked Quite and clean.

Disliked Stayed 3 nights and 2 days were so windy. It broke out tent. It's impossible to sit outside. It's not about the place itself but need some boundaries to cut the wind. Toilet and shower sooo far away from campsite.

Liked Loved absolutely everything.

The camping field was a good size, plenty of electric hookup points, dedicated BBQ blocks for cooking out and moveable picnic seating should you feel the need.

Kids play area was small but clean and well looked after.
Add to that the patio area with table tennis setup, open conservatory with toys, games and books and a separate 'den' housing a pool table. Plenty to do should you find yourself bored.
And don't forget the guest WiFi.

EV charging points in the car park are also a big plus.

Craig couldn't do enough and was always reachable.

Liked The site is small and quiet and out of the way.
For a site of this size there were lots of things for the children to do play pool (£1) per play, table tennis, games and small play area.
The washing machine (£7) cheapest wash but does include detergent and softener. Tumble dryer (£1) 10minutes.
Only 2 showers and 2 toilets for camping people, they were cleaned throughout the day.

Disliked The showers were a press button system and now adjustment for the temperature. If having younger children showers could get quite hot and this would have been a problem for people with young families.

Liked Friendly owners,
Clear pitch marking,
Good facilities as a caravan user,
Well-positioned site,

Disliked Only fault I could find was a security light that went on and off every few seconds all night. I should have spoke up and said something but didn't, so my own problem really.

Liked We loved everything! The pitch size was perfect, the WiFi was good considering in the middle of farm lands, very clean, very welcoming, Craig was very helpful with giving us local knowledge and transport links, the play area and conservatory (aka the castle according to our youngest) was a brilliant addition to the site, especially loved the books and games on offer to use for free! The pool table room was a brilliant too and cheap! Beautiful views and peaceful! Absolutely the perfect site to be located on between major attractions such as Lands End, St Ives, St Just and Penzance. The shower block was always kept clean and warm. A fully family orientated place, with even highchairs, blankets and a bucket and spade to use! Cannot rate this site enough! Looking forwards to going back next year!

Liked Quiet, clean and relaxed, yes fairly isolated but this adds to the charm, 1 mile to St Just using roads and footpath so not too bad for food and drink.
Best weather in the UK ever which helped.

Disliked Some late noise from caravans behind but not awful

From the manager: Hi David.
Thank you so much for your kind review! We're really glad you enjoyed the quietness, charming views, warm welcome, and facilities. As we only have 10 electric service pitches, we don’t have a drive-over grey waste point, but we do provide a designated area where you can pour it away. Being a small and peaceful site is something our guests really appreciate — and we’re so pleased you did too.

Hope to see you again at Roselands!

Warm regards,
Craig & Kerry 🌿

Local attractions

History, clifftop walks, spectacular scenery and some of the best surfing in the country are all accessible within five or 10 minutes’ drive. From the park you can see the Isles of Scilly, the collection of around 140 islands off Cornwall’s south-western coast. Five are still inhabited; one, Tresco (population 180), has the subtropical Tresco Abbey Gardens that are well worth a look. Also within a few miles of Roselands are the Bronze Age settlement Cape Cornwall, the county’s secondmost westerly point (after Land’s End); the popular family-friendly sands of Sennen Cove, and the Atlantic swells off Whitesands Bay, said to be one of the best surfing beaches in the country. Finally, take a full day at Land’s End to scramble about, snap some shots, picnic and pose for one of those pics at the famous signpost. The visitor centre has a list of walks to tackle around this smashing part of the Cornish coast.
