What customers say
Great spot with epic sea views & beach access, plus a tidal pool. Owners are a friendly bunch, great vibe, and clean facilities. Pizza and cocktails are a hit. A few reckon more loos would be handy, especially down below.

Unpowered grass campervan, tent or trailer tent site (family)
Liked Great location for parking up and being able to walk to the beach. Or just sitting in the field enjoying views of the sea & headland. We particularly love the sea pool at sunset. Clean facilities and helpful owners on hand as needed.
It’s become our annual family camp.

The view, the sunsets and location are what make this site special.
Unpowered grass campervan, tent or trailer tent site (adults only)
Liked The view, it’s all about the view. The location and being able to walk to Trevone, Harlyn and Padstow or jump on a bus if needed right by the campsite entrance.
Love that you can literally pitch/park up anywhere on the site, you choose and if you fancy moving you can.
The coffee was good in the morning and the cocktails in the evening were also a nice touch.
Very chilled vibe, friendly family team running the site.
Disliked Not enough showers or toilets.
Queuing for the showers when the weather is nice is not an issue, but if you were queuing in wet weather or with kids you might have to wait a while.
They could do with some items for sale, nice to be able to get a coffee but it would have been better if you could have had a pastry to go with it. A small shop selling snacks, marshmallows, forgotten items such as toothbrush or batteries for torch, just felt that these touches were missing.

Great location, lovely sea view. Chilled out vibe with pizza/cocktails
Bell tent
Liked We stayed in one of the new bell tents which was very large and comfortable - proper mattresses, bedside tables, rug and fairy lights as well as camping chairs and fire pit option. Four of us fit in very easily on one double bed and two single mattresses.
Lovely hot showers. Clean toilets and area with fridge, plugs for charging devices and sink areas for washing. A nice touch was a cocktail van and pizzas in the evening - great after a long journey. You could just sit and watch the amazing sunset. Plus you could buy coffees in the morning.
A short walk across the field takes you to the South West Coast Path. Then you can enjoy the natural sea swim pool or head to Harlyn Bay or Trevone Bay - both lovely beaches for families. We enjoyed brunch at Trevone Beach Store and Cafe and also picked up some lovely food bits at Trevone Farm Shop.
If you like a site that is laidback, open and quiet then I would definitely recommend.
Disliked Nothing!
The belltents were close to showers and toilets but if you are camping on lower fields it would be a shorter trek to the beach but longer to toilet block. We noticed a lot of people even driving up to have a shower from the lower fields.

Absolutely wonderful!!!
Bell tent
Liked Breathtaking!!! 100% family-friendly!!!
We stayed at the bell tent which is spacious, clean and has a comfortable bed & side mattress on the floor.
If you have children you need to experience this place, watch the sunset and walk to the coast.
The owners are dedicated, friendly and polite.
The place is tidy, clean and peaceful.
It’s a short walking distance to the tidal pool and a little longer walk to Trevone beach.
Wadebridge town is not far and has more choice of supermarkets.
Showers are hot, toilets are unisex but clean, charging area and freezer is handy and washing up dishes sink decent.
You can buy coffee in the morning and pizza/drinks in the evening.
WE ARE COMING BACK NEXT SUMMER FOR SURE!
