Unpowered grass motorhome site

Liked Had a lovely two night stay even though the weather was unfavourable but that is no fault of the owners. The pitch was level and with two portaloos and a tap it more than suited our needs. Location was fantastic as we had a dog so lots of good walks. The site is in between a pub and a tea room, so in heaven.

Unpowered grass motorhome site

Liked We just needed somewhere to put the van for a night as we were starting our journey home from Cornwall and leaving early the next day. This site was perfect for that and had beautiful sea views.
The portaloo I used was very clean.
There is a pub opposite the site.

Recommend to friends Visit again

Plenty of room & very quiet. Very relaxing.

Unpowered grass motorhome site

Liked A great place to stay, very quiet, except for the odd moo from the cows if that bothers you, they even came by the fence to have a nose later in the evening, we went to see them too. 😁
There were loos available as advised. The pitch was as advertised so don’t expect or comment about anything else. Plenty of room.
If the loo’s are not as you like it, then that would only be from the people who are staying there.
There is a pub literally opposite the field entrance & a ‘tea room’ a 2 minute drive away which is fab. Had a fresh cream scone & it was amazing! The best I’ve had. There’s also a walk past an old church, this is Morwenstow where you can walk pretty much on the cliff tops, a fantastic view of Lundy Island, the sea & surroundings. Absolutely stunning views.
