What customers say
Marwell Resort's a hit with families, heaps of activities & good facilities. Staff's friendly, pitches are roomy. Some grumbles though: water pressure's low, loos aren't always spotless, and hot water's iffy. Entertainment's fun, but extras cost and it can get a bit noisy.

Liked Lovely large pitches, grass kept short, clean toilet blocks and lovely little shop. On site pub food was 10/10 and there was evening entertainment too. So chill and lovely. We live 10 mins down the road so will definitely be returning more.

Great campsite

Liked The resort had lots to keep to the children busy. The children’s entertainment was fun in the main area. Food was lovely and reasonably priced.
Children enjoyed the park especially.
Only a 20 minute drive into Winchester city.
Disliked The golf was only included for the lodges, near on £50 for a family of 4, and the soft play was also separate for the lodges. So this was something we didn’t end up doing.
Taps in the bathrooms are a bit out of control, they splash everywhere and get you completely soaked
WiFi only worked up by reception, so no signal on the camping pitches.

Lovely site, great for families.

Liked The site is lovely and well maintained. The team are really friendly and helpful. Showers are hot and kept well clean. The bar has a lovely atmosphere and the food is really nice!
The fishing is excellent, both for young ones wanting to catch lots of small roach and older ones wanting to carp fish.
The axe throwing was great fun!
We loved that in the evening you can hear the gibbons at the zoo calling.
Disliked There were some issues with the water pressure in the showers but the team were straight on it and fixed the issue quickly.
If you have a big family the activities (while worth is) are quite expensive as there is no group discount. There were 10 of us so it came to quite a lot if we wanted to do the onsite bits so we only did one.

Liked Nice open field for all the children to play in. Good facilities- restaurant, bar, pizza oven. Toilets and showers generally clean. Good park and football field. The kids weren't bored!
Disliked Activities we booked had too many others doing it at the same time, so not given very long on quad bikes.
Quite expensive for a non- electric pitch compared to other places we've stayed.

Disliked The shop could sell more
The showers as you turned them on the water came out blasting everywhere. You end up soaked before entering the shower.
A curtain to that’s not very private and you couldn’t get dressed have your clothes in there as they would be soaked.
The toilets the cubicles so small! No hand soap all the days we stayed I had to keep popping in the men’s to grab some.
I clearly think they are not checked and cleaned.
