Liked: The sites were all spacious and each has a firepit. Scott popped around each evening to sell logs and we also bought some of the local produce from him to enjoy. Loos and showers were always clean. Our daughter loved seeing all the animals and we really enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Nothing really. We didn't see the coffee van during our stay but perhaps the poor weather kept them away.

Liked: This site is very well looked after and efficiently run. This is our second visit and we plan on returning again. Before arrival you are allocated a large pitch and the owners are on hand as you arrive. This location is great for exploring and is a close walk to two very family friendly pubs for food and drink. The site is very well looked after, toilets and showers are clean and restocked through the day and the site is not packed so you have plenty of room for gazebos and room for children to play. The farm access in the morning is a lovely addition and really makes a special stay.

Liked: Location is wonderful. Facilities although basic (which we like) are adequate and regularly cleaned. Onsite Farm is great for the children (and adults!) Love having some local fresh produce to buy for breakfast. The fire pits and space in your pitch area is extremely generous. The hosts come around everyday, more than once so you get to know them too.

Liked: Nice basic campsite on a small farm in a quiet country location. Friendly owner who comes round with fire wood and farm produce for sale in the afternoons. Hot showers in little huts , composting and flushing toilets, washing up facilities. You can visit some fo the animals on the farm two. The Weald Way footpath passes by the campsite and there's plenty of other walks in the area. Short walk to Chiddinley village and the Six Bells pub. Gun brewery is close by too, thei taproom has regular events.

Liked: We stayed over the May bank holiday weekend and had a great time. Can highly recommend Hale Farm. Hot showers, well maintained toilets, fire pits at every pitch. My 2 year old son loved seeing the farm animals every morning and enjoyed feeding the donkeys. Every evening they come around to every pitch offering firewood and fresh bbq meat plus eggs & bacon. There’s a coffee van in the morning and an ice cream can in the afternoon. The noise policy (quiet from 10pm) is checked up on by the owner every night too which is great (if you’re looking for that in a camp site). Overall it was a great site with friendly and helpful owners.

Liked: Lovely quiet site, spacious pitches. Immaculate facilities & nice hot showers. Great to visit the farm each morning and the coffee / ice cream van was very welcome. Fire pits were fab and we loved star gazing at night. The whole site was very well thought out. Also easy to access walks (footpaths) from the site. Scott was really welcoming and helpful through our stay.
Disliked: 1 or 2 more loos would have been amazing but we would stay again regardless- really impressed with how clean they were kept.
