Liked A lovely little campsite with only three tents, very well spaced apart and screened by a little hedge. It felt nice and private chickens roaming around, the host was very friendly and helpful. kitchen area had everything you needed, plus microwave and fridge freezer. Excellent bathroom like a like a bathroom you would have at home. Recommend Formby Beach was amazing.

Liked Absolutely beautiful site. James (the owner) was incredibly friendly & helpful.
The bed was one of the mosf comfortable beds I have ever slept on.!
The kitchen area has everything you need to cook.
We loved having the chickens wander around & being able to purchase fresh eggs
We will definitely be back.
Disliked More regular cleaning of the shared bathroom facilities & for the shared hand towels to be changed frequently.
Possibly let guests know which shelf in the communal fridge they can use, as other guests when we arrived had already taken over most the fridge.

Liked Everything. The owner James provides a warm welcome and the whole site is fantastic. Can't rate it highly enough. Small and friendly for a relaxing break. Located perfectly for our trip to The Open Golf at Southport. The communal kitchen area is well equipped with more than you would expect - fridge freezer, gas hob, microwave, kettle, charging points etc. The bathroom is fantastic, like you would have at home. Loved the firepit with BBQ grill. Everywhere is kept spotlessly clean. For younger children there is play equipment.
