Awesome spot, short stroll to Kirkby Lonsdale. Staff are brilliant, facilities spotless, and it’s nice and quiet. Well-kept grounds, good amenities, and dog-friendly with its own field. Mostly great reviews, just a couple of notes on showers and pitch proximity. Highly recommended, with many keen to come back!

Liked The welcoming site manager and his lovely little dog, the location, the amazing things to do close by, the size of the pitch, the hot shower, the large field to play games on.
Disliked The toilets could have been a little cleaner.

Lovely site and has easy access into Kirkby Lonsdale

Liked What a lovely peaceful site, the pitch we had was level for the camper. Plenty of room to sit outside. The toilets and showers were close by and clean. Plenty of sinks in the pot wash so never a queue. The staff are very friendly and helpful 😃 the lady who I met on arrival explained everything and showed me the route to get to the town over the devil's bridge which was a10 minutes walk
Disliked Toilets and showers could do with a refurb but it was clean and did the job

Liked Location, amenities and dog treats/toys were a nice touch. The grounds were well maintained and the table/bench fire areas were great. Good clean showers, although a walk away. Friendly staff.
Disliked The toilets were not cleaned the 3 days we were there.

Would return to this site because of proximity to Kirkby Lonsdale.

Liked The location and setting. Friendly warden. Grounds well managed. Super dog walking field. Useful shop.
Disliked Loos were not spotless. Only two were available unless you used the ones in the shower. The pitches were small. Cars had to be parked in front of van rather than at the side. Although ‘fully serviced’ in practice the water and waste were too far from our van to be useable.
