Liked: Lovely little campsite, very private fields in little quaint corners. Lovely pub a short walk away which done lovely food and a little village shop nearby. Not much else around but was perfect for what we wanted.
Disliked: We were awake a lot during the first night due to noise of the sewage/drainage tank but the owner soon got this fixed. Toilets/shower block could be updated slightly and maybes a hand dryer or towels but other than that it was great. Owner was very helpful ☺️

Liked: Not much apart from being greeted quickly, but that was a brief interaction before he disappeared before we knew where anything was.
Disliked: The toilet and shower facilities were usable, and that was about it. For starters, the smell was horrible, and the rooms looked like they had been abandoned for 20 years, with dirt and cobwebs all over the ceiling. The cleanest area was the bin room.

Liked: We had a great one night stay here last night (1st June). We arrived at about 5pm to be promptly instructed on where we could pitch up. We chose the furthest field as it was the quietest, but each area looked lovely. I loved that it wasn't just one huge field as it made it feel nice and cosy. Pitching area was great and even in the furthest field it was only a very short walk to the toilets etc. My ten year old felt perfectly safe wandering to them by herself. Can't comment on the washing up area as we didn't cook, and my daughter disposed of our rubbish, but the toilet/shower area was fine: toilet roll, handwash, hot water, and even a hairdryer in the ladies- a lovely addition. Fantastic location and price. Would 100% book again.
Disliked: Could do with paper towels in toilet to dry hands. Not the fault of the owners but there were a group of lads being extremely loud and kicking a ball around after 10pm. So if you're them, or like them...please be more considerate of other people next time.
