Cosy spot with great views, perfect for a quiet break. Toilets/showers spotless, owners (esp. Jane) super helpful. Good walking access. Site's a bit exposed, phone signal weak. Basic but clean facilities. Fire pits for hire.

I stayed at Ridge Fold Campsite…
Unpowered grass tent site
Liked I stayed at Ridge Fold Campsite for just one night and absolutely loved it! The location is peaceful, scenic, and beautifully maintained. My pitch was spacious and well-kept, with plenty of room to relax. The facilities were spotless and clearly well looked after. The owner (Jane) was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Even though it was a short stay, it was the perfect little escape – quiet at night, with gorgeous views in the morning. I'll definitely be coming back for a longer visit next time!

Unpowered grass tent site
Liked Lovely quiet site, nice and clean facilities everything you need for a basic stay with absolutely amazing views. No phone signal at all for me and my partner on Vodafone and o2 but our friend had giff gaff and was fine only because you are so high up and off grid but even more reason to soak up the surroundings.
