Disliked: Booked Saturday to Monday(4-5-24 to 6-5-34).We,my wife and 2 dogs arrived about 12.30 pm set up by 13.30.Hardstanding pitch with electric sounds good! Well.it wasn't.The pitch was hardstanding but to the side was mud and by the time the awning was out with the enclosure we could watch next vans tv(so close) There is trees on hardstanding area with crows/rooks in them with incessant noise.Toilet block was clean but(pet peeve) you had to step around side of toilet itself to close the cubicle door(annoying). The cream on the cake was every 20 mins 3 blasts of a bird scarer until 9pm Saturday night then started again 7am Sunday morning. We have 2 dogs one of them doesn't like loud noises. So from 12.30 Saturday he didn't willingly come out of the motorhome , he basically went into shock mode not eating or drinking!!! so by 7am on Sunday morning we had packed up and gone.Got home 2hr drive rang the park told them the situation and they replied they were trying to find the source of bird scarer, unsuccessfully. Give me an hour I'll find it!!!!!!.At £92 for 2 nights it's premium money. So lost cash for 2nd night ok that's life.Aswell they could let customers know the bird scarer situation ( we wouldn't have booked) so cost £92 plus £50 fuel to park up for 18.5 hours, won't be going back there. They replied to my complaint email and then ignored my other email RUDE!!!!
