Liked: Lovely friendly welcome, nice people and a nice clean farm setting with level grass and gravel pitches. There’s a pretty moonlit lake with lakeside cabins for those who like a bit of luxury. Great to see recycling bins on site.
Disliked: Toilet and shower facilities would have been a bonus, but we managed fine.

Liked: Clean and tidy and quite site ,(working farm with cows so expect a few moos)Off the beaten track,but close enough to York and surrounding areas. And adult only so no kids kicking a ball against your van.
Disliked: Chip shop, quite a drive nearest one happy haddock 15-20 mins but worth the drive.

Liked: Stayed here a few times. Still love to come back for the peace and quiet and flat pitches. The site is very clean and well kept by the friendly owners. Sam is always on hand to great you on arrival and nearby if you have any problems. There is also a cycling route nearby and close to pubs with in 10 minutes bike ride or 5 minutes by car. Great for seeing wildlife. We could hear the owls 🦉 in the woods at night.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: Liked everything, small site with no amenities but we knew before booking. Very quiet although on a farm but also very clean entrance through farm yard. Large pitches all with water electric and drainage. A must if you have your own toilet and shower.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike as long as you know there are no showers/ toilets.

Liked: Quiet farm site with cows and horses for company, and the occasional owl at night! Fully serviced pitches were a bonus on arrival and the owners have been kind and accommodating! I will be back!
Disliked: No shower or toilet, but I managed in house! Not enough to stop me returning!

Liked: A lovely quiet site well away from the road. Fully serviced Grass and hard standing level generous pitches all kept tidy. Good Wi-Fi. Only a few miles from York, bus stop near the site entrance. Beautiful lake to walk around. Very friendly owners there if you needed them. Definitely will return as they are open all year round.

Liked: Very peaceful site. Spacious pitches. Very well kept site and working farm. Friendly welcome. Fresh cut flowers for sale grown on site, Sadly none for sale the morning I left for home. A lovely village walk.
Disliked: No foot path to Naburn which is walkable.

Liked: Love the peace and tranquility you find here at Old Pasture Park! The size of the site is perfect, with both hardstanding and grass pitches. Loads of space at each position too! The site is spotless, the pitches are nearly mown and the gravel hard standing pitches are well maintained. You'll find horses to one side, a dense woodland to another and this time around we even had the pleasure of seeing newly born calves, sat with their doting Mum. In terms of facilities, there may not be a toilet/shower block, however I didn't miss this with a full bathroom in the caravan! There are easily accessible waste and recycling bins, plus chemical toilet emptying unit and grey waste drain too. There is a gorgeous lake with 3 Shepherds huts surrounding it, plus a lovely footpath around it. The area is well maintained and peaceful, plus lovely to simply walk the dogs around. The owners are great, always willing to lend a hand if you need help and offer advice on what to find in the surrounding area. This definitely ensures you feel valued as a customer and I have to say, this is the second time we've been this year!
