- Guests under the age of 17 are not allowed on site.
- Commercial vehicles (vehicles used for work-related purposes, carrying goods or fare-paying passengers) and sign-written vehicles are not permitted on site.
- No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dog Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
- Swimming in the lake is not allowed.
- Electricity is metered on site at £0.35 per kWh and must be paid on site via the meter (which only accepts £1 and £2 coins).

Awesome new adults-only spot! Spacious, fully serviced sites. Superb, modern facilities are spotless. Very peaceful, with friendly owners. Note: metered electricity needs coins, no WiFi on-site. More planned!

Liked Nice spacious site, easy access. shower/toilet block very clean with underfloor heating, great for our stay in a cold December. We were sent a what's app prior to arrival with all the details we would need, which was very helpful .

Liked The site is large and immaculate. All pitches are spacious with full services. The showers are absolutely fantastic, clean and modern, the underfloor heating is a bonus. Jim is very friendly and approachable. The main road is visible but not heard at all. Easy access to York and surrounding areas.
